Biography
Hello my name is Christina Sjodin and I have taught at Academy Del Sol sense 2021.
I received my BA and Teaching Certificate from Seattle Pacific University in 2005
I enjoy working/teaching with grades K – 8th and the different dynamics of each grade. My main focus before joining the family here at Academy Del Sol was teaching 6th Grade Reading, 6th Grade Advance Math, ESL, Computer Tech. and P.E. (K – 6th) at North Sound Christian Schools and Cedar Park Christian Schools. I lead a peer-support group for middle
school/high school students, and a girl’s faith group.
What I enjoy about teaching include the love for continuous learning, interacting with both students and parents, and finding new and interesting ways of reaching every student at every level.
When I am not in the classroom teaching my kiddos, I enjoy spending time with my daughter enjoying life!
